In this 5 hour workshop you will learn the fundamentals of TAIYO footwork — extremely effective in releasing pain and tension from the body. Originally traced back to the Maori of New Zealand and further developed by Yogi Bhajan and Dyal Singh Khalsa, this work truly values the restorative power of the earth’s energy.

Footwork differs from traditional arm and handwork in the way it addresses and resolves a larger area. By having the body stay in contact with and then pressed info the earth, physical and emotional dysfunction are safely released.

This work helps with reducing muscle soreness, creating more fluid movement, strengthening bone, lengthening the body and deeply grounding an individual. Knowing the fundamentals of this method is a great source of help for family members, friends, students, or anyone suffering from chronic tension.

“Your mind, emotions and body are instruments, and the way you align and tune them determines how well you play life.” - Yogi Bhajan
